This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, payment terms, and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the NeuroGen Research website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy in full.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

NeuroGen Research currently accepts the following payment methods, as displayed at checkout:

  • Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit)

  • Any other approved payment methods explicitly offered on our website at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

2. Bank Transfer Payments

When selecting Bank Transfer as your payment method:

  • Payment instructions will be provided at checkout and/or via order confirmation email

  • Payments must be made in full for the order to be processed

  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed

Bank transfers are typically processed instantly or within a short timeframe; however, confirmation times may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

  • Payment confirmation is typically completed within one (1) hour during business hours

  • Orders with unconfirmed or unpaid bank transfers may remain on hold or be cancelled at our discretion

  • Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes

NeuroGen Research is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or incomplete payment details.

4. Final Sale & No Chargebacks

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Bank transfers and similar payment methods do not support chargebacks

  • Once payment has been made and an order has been processed, payments are final

  • You waive any right to initiate payment disputes, reversals, or chargeback attempts

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation (if not yet shipped)

  • Permanent banning from future purchases

  • Reporting to relevant payment processors or financial institutions where applicable

5. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or discounts will be clearly displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails, is incomplete, or cannot be verified:

  • The order will not be processed or shipped

  • The order may be cancelled without notice

Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.

7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

NeuroGen Research reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse

  • Request additional verification before processing an order

  • Block access to customers who engage in suspicious or abusive payment behaviour

All determinations are made at our sole discretion.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
